Confidentiality and Privacy of Data

All information provided by participants will be kept strictly confidential and no names or other identifying information will be included in any report on the study. Any key code will be stored at a seperate and isolated location. All data will be stored in a locked area to which only the researcher has access. After the study, the data will be stored for only up to one year, in a substantial, locked fire proof cabinet, and at the end of twelve months from the finalization of the research, totally destroyed.

Privacy Statement

The conduct of this research involves the collection, access, and/or use of your personal information. Information is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent. A de-identified copy of this data may be used for other research purposes. However, your anonymity will at all times be safeguarded.
